Dimwit Mr. kolahdoodi, a chocolate factory owner, has come up somehow with a brilliant idea to improve his trade. His worthy opponent, another dimwit factory owner, tries to ruin Mr. Kolahdoodi’s trade and reputation as usual. That’s where Mrs. kolahdoodi comes in and saves the day.

Excerpt: ”Where is my hat?” asked Mr. Kolahdoudi, angrily. “Have you looked in the mirror?” said his wife. Hurrying to look for his hat in the mirror, Mr. Kolahdoadi took a glance at the mirror and realized he is already wearing it.

About the author

Jamal Akrami (1952), has been active for more than 4 decades as a poet, writer, illustrator and translator of children’s literature. He has also written some theoretical essays on illustration for children’s literature.
